Terms of service

All orders are shipped with 3-5 working days after receipt of order.  All items on this website are sold as CURIOS only.  We do not make any claims or guarantee any supernatural or magical quality of any product.  Any alleged supernatural powers are strictly folklore and beliefs of the individual purchasing the products.

Due to the nature of our business, we are a spiritual and new age business, no returns will be accepted, so please be sure of what you're ordering.  Our customers appreciate that you understand the delicate nature involved in the thought process, focus and product touching.

If ordering by phone, please follow up with an emailed order with no new product added to avoid errors.  Add Ons to already submitted orders are not accepted to avoid confusion and errors.

Minimum order is $50.00.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Customers are encouraged to pay online using a credit card.  However, if paying with a personal check, please be aware that no orders are shipped until the check clears.  This could hold up your order for a minimum of 15 days.  Ten days for the check to clear and 3-5 working days collect and ship the order.  We do not work on an order until payment has been made.

Local area orders can be picked up at a drop-off point.  If paying in cash at the time, please have the exact amount plus any tip you might be inclined to include.  Discuss your plan for delivery at the time of the order.  Again nothing go out until payment has cleared.

Will will not do backorders.  You can substitute if you like,  another product that has the same purpose. All products are subject to availability.

For your protection, if your container box or envelope is damaged, and contents are visible, take a picture.  File a claim with the delivering carrier. Make note of visible damage on the carrier's freight bill BEFORE signing for your package.  If the damage is concealed, keep the box and packaging materials and request an inspection from the delivering carrier.
