No Returns
Please be sure of the products you order because we do not accept returns of spiritual products like candles, oils, incenses or talismans, etc. Due to the nature and sensitivity of our business -- we offer services and products for your metaphysical/spiritual needs -- we do not accept returns. Our customers appreciate your understanding of this sensitive matter. Items taken into the private areas of others should stay there -- it came to you for a reason.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your container upon reception and follow procedure immediately of writing down on the carrier's freight bill any damage noted. If the item you receive is the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
However, for your protection, if your container box or envelope is damaged, and contents are visible, take a picture. File a claim with the delivering carrier. Make note of visible damage on the carrier's freight bill BEFORE signing for your package. If the damage is concealed, keep the box and packaging materials and request an inspection from the delivering carrier.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are no exceptions to this policy. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
